These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are legally binding and govern your access to and use of all services, software, and websites provided by FuseX Limited and its affiliated products, tools, platforms, and subsidiaries, whether directly or indirectly owned or operated, herein collectively referred to as the “Service”.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, Subscription Terms, and any other applicable policies. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.
2. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract.
3. Services Overview
The Service includes proprietary and licensed tools developed by FuseX Limited, including but not limited to assistive reading platforms, cognitive productivity tools, and derivative intellectual properties bundled under several consumer-facing product names including, in some cases, educational utility tools intended for individual or institutional use. Some product identities, such as but not limited to Emboldened, may be branded differently while remaining wholly owned by FuseX Limited.
4. License and Restrictions
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use, unless explicitly permitted by subscription agreements. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, sublicense, rent, or resell any aspect of the Service will void your license and may result in prosecution.
5. Payments and Billing
All payments will be processed securely through our authorized providers. By providing payment credentials, you consent to recurring and/or one-time charges based on your usage tier, subscription plan, or product variation.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property, including but not limited to branding, logos, software, content, trademarks, and documentation associated with the Service, including the brands known as Emboldened™, remain the sole property of FuseX Limited. You may not copy, distribute, display, perform, or otherwise use any such intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
FuseX Limited will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
8. Entire Agreement
This document, including related policies, constitutes the entire agreement. It supersedes all previous agreements or understandings.
